12-Month Warranty, as Standard

Every part sold by Federal Used Auto Parts carries a twelve-month warranty as standard, covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery. No tiers, no “up to”, and no small print about which parts qualify.

What's Covered

Manufacturing defects and workmanship issues

Parts that fail to perform their intended function under normal use

Remanufactured parts that don't meet factory-spec performance

What's Not Covered

Damage from improper installation, misuse, accidents, normal wear-and-tear items (gaskets, seals, wear surfaces beyond the warranty period), and parts modified after purchase are not covered. Professional installation is recommended for all electrical and drivetrain components.

Electrical components installed by anyone other than a certified technician
Drivetrain parts paired with aftermarket performance/power modifications
Labor, diagnostic, or towing costs related to a claim

Your Order Number Is Your Warranty Number

There is no separate warranty certificate to keep safe. The order number on your confirmation email and invoice is the reference we use for any claim — quote it and we can see exactly which part you bought, when it was delivered, and how long it is covered for. Your coverage length is printed against each part on your invoice.

How to File a Warranty Claim

Open the order from My Orders, choose Request a Return, and select Warranty Claim as the reason. We'll review and ship a free replacement or issue a refund — no questions asked.

Calling instead? Have your order number to hand — it is all we need to pull up the claim.
